PM Mold is seeking a standout Warehouse Associate (Plastics Industry) to help us take our warehouse department to the next level. This is a unique opportunity to directly impact our growing company and gain valuable experience.  Under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor, this role will assist in shipping, receiving, storing, forklift operation and material handling.   • 3 - 5 years of experience in shipping/receiving
  • Experience with shipping and inventory management
  • Forklift experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
  • Basic knowledge with an ERP system
  • Excellent communication and training skills
  • Extremely detailed-oriented with ability to multi-task


  • Experience within a team leadership/supervision role
  • Experience performing all duties in accordance with the requirement of ISO 9001
  • Experience working with IQMS
  • Ability to improvise and adapt where needed


  • Flawlessly execute meticulous instructions and procedures
  • Move required stock throughout the plant as needed to maintain production.
  • Load and unload trucks as necessary via forklift, hand jack, etc.
  • Generate/Maintain correct labeling and accurate counts of material
  • Complete all preventative maintenance requirements daily, weekly and monthly for all necessary equipment.
  • Ensure all proper housekeeping is completed for specific Workstation and surrounding area of the shipping/warehouse department.
  • Understand and complete the quality procedures and verifications for this position.
  • Generate B.O.L. and all necessary shipping paperwork including customer invoice, dock receipts and pick tickets. Performs production/scrap reporting as necessary.
  • Review delivery schedule with carriers as appropriate and arranges all carrier pick-ups.
  • Works with all other plant personnel to ensure efficient operation of the plant.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by manager.


  • Good mobility, energy level and ability to routinely lift 50 pounds
